Join us in celebrating the grand opening of the NeighborGood Center! located at the corner of W. Division and N. New Streets!

The NeighborGood Center is a beautiful new anchor in the middle of downtown Dover that will house the Restoring Central Dover staff so that they can serve and engage with the residents in their community.

Additionally, we're thrilled that Delaware State University will occupy the 2nd floor, bringing training and support for community entrepreneurial opportunities right to Central Dover's doorstep.
