Before we recommend a list price, we will need to inspect the property for any potential deficiencies to disclose and/or improvements that may impact marketing disclosures to the public.

Yes! Check out our LUXE package. Due to the nature of coordinating vendors, this service is reflected in our menu of services. Generally, property owners that reside out of state and/or cannot be present opt for this service.

Question 7: What costs are associated with selling?

Typically, seller(s) pays for their agent's compensation (indicated in the listing agreement), deed prep and title fees, transfer taxes, unpaid liens and/or mortgages, misc. closing fees, and any agreed upon repairs. Please keep in mind, the buyer(s) may request a concession/credit toward their expenses to make the deal work.

We can provide a preliminary net sheet that outlines estimated proceeds; however, the closing attorney and title company will reconcile final expenditures on the Closing Disclosure.
