What is the brokerage SPLIT?
CBH has a "cap model" split - meaning after you pay a set dollar amount to the brokerage, you keep 100% commission for the remainder of the anniversary year. Negotiate your cap and split based on previous productivity (usually the most recent 18-24 months.
How much are the monthly fees?
No junk fees - just one brokerage fee that covers E&O insurance, administrative support, technology, and building expenses. Transaction expenses are optional.
This can be pre-paid at closing or billed monthly. However, CBH pays this for their agents - making us the most affordable option!
Where are you licensed?
Compass RE is currently licensed nationwide. CBH Associates aims to expand to Maryland and New Jersey soon.
Do you offer training?
Absolutely! The brokerage holds a weekly 6AMERS coaching call, which is co-hosted by real estate experts in the field as well as our agents presenting best practices and new tech, as well as Compass Academy and quarterly 1:1 growth sessions.
CBH also tracks weekly KPIs weekly, holds monthly accountability sessions, and an annual business planning/SWOT analysis!
How fast do agents get paid?
Typically within one (1) business day.
Agents can opt for commission ACH wire deposit at the closing or deliver hard copy check for remote deposit directly to the brokerage account.

CBH Associates' agent start up package includes a set of business cards and yard signs for FREE! In addition, lockboxes, riders, and other promotional materials are available for all agents.
CBH reimburses up to $250 towards pre-licensing education for non-licensed administrative team members interested in sales.
In addition, we actively engage several local non-profit entities throughout the year with direct financial contributions or provide volunteer support.
Where are your physical offices?
Compass RE has two (2) HQ offices in Delaware - Greenville and Lewes. Our offices have conference rooms, printers, community snack and lounge areas, and so much more!
