Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is launching the Home for the Holidays grant program - limited to the first 37 home buyers. Available December 1, 2024 through January 15, 2025 OR until funding is exhausted.
Offering $10,000 towards the down payment and closing costs in the form of a forgivable second loan with 10 year term. Each year the homeowner(s) resides in the home as their primary residence, the loan balance will decrease by 10% - up to 10 years.
Eligibility Requirements
- Eligible to first-time homebuyers and repeat buyers, income limits apply
- Max purchase price is $285,000
- Minimum 620 credit score
